Download the Cisco AnyConnect Client from the Chrome Web Store.
Add a VPN connection by clicking the "+" icon.
You may use any description; our recommendation is "VPN Uni Halle".
The server address is "vpn.uni-halle.de" (without the quotes).
Finally, click "Save".
When you connect to the VPN service, you will be queried for your username and password.
After entering those, you will be asked to accept the terms of service for the VPN service. Accepting these is a requirement for using the service.
If you accept the terms, click "Accept" to finish establishing the VPN connection.
